Pii-Maleng Smart Water Company Limited (“we”) is based in Gulu City, Uganda. This page explains how we use the details you give us through this website. If you have a question, write to info@pii-malengsmartwater.com.

What we collect

  • The contact form: your name, email address, message and topic, and your phone number, organisation or place and the group you belong to if you choose to add them.
  • Giving online: your name, email address and, if you add them, your phone number and organisation, so we can send a receipt and match your contribution.
  • Requests for a call: the day and time of day you choose, with your contact details.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to arrange a connection or a call, to send information you asked for and to record and acknowledge contributions. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for advertising.

Payments

Card and mobile money payments are handled by our payment providers (Flutterwave or PayPal). We never see or store your card details. If you pay by bank transfer or direct mobile money, we receive the transfer record from the bank or network.

Cookies and similar tools

The website uses a small number of cookies and a stored setting for your colour theme. You choose which categories to allow in the cookie settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Payment services load only when you choose to give online.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them or delete them. Email us and we will reply within two working days. Under Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, you may also contact the Personal Data Protection Office if you have a complaint.

Using this website

  • Nothing on this website is an offer of securities or a promise of financial returns. Terms for any funding are agreed directly with each partner.
  • Contributions made through the website are acknowledged by email within two working days. If something looks wrong with a payment, write to us with your reference number.

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date below.
